Product Warranty for Sun Spirit Far Infrared Sauna

Thank you for your purchase of a Sun Spirit Far Infrared Sauna. We appreciate your confidence in our product and want to notify you of a recent change to our product warranty policy for the Sun Spirit sauna.
PLH Products Inc. warrants the Sun Spirit Far Infrared Saunas to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, and offer a LIFETIME warranty on the heaters.

This product warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Sun Spirit Sauna and terminates upon transfer of ownership. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. The Sun Spirit Far Infrared Sauna must be purchased and installed within one (1) year of manufactured date.

Freight charges to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer. This includes freight charges for parts shipped to enable the services of your Far Infrared Sauna.

This product warranty is void if the Sun Spirit Sauna has been subjected to alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster, or non-factory-authorized modification or repair. This product warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the consumer or if the Sun Spirit Sauna has been operated/maintained in deviation from the published instructions; this product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
