Shipping is included in the price of each sauna. This applies to any order that is shipped to a major centre. Remote locations will be charged a shipping fee from the nearest major centre. This fee is referred to as ‘beyond charges’.

The costs for beyond charges will be specific to a particular order and will be in addition to the cost of the sauna.

Saunas will be delivered to the address specified on the order. They are packaged in 2 boxes and are tied together on a wood pallet. The shipper will off-load the sauna at the door. Please note, the shipper will not bring the sauna into the building.

The weight of the shipped sauna is approximately 550 lbs. The dimensions are 75” high, 4 feet wide and 2 feet deep.

Your Sun Spirit Sauna will be processed for shipment within 72 hours from receipt of order. In the event that the product is out of stock (due to product demand) at the time of your order, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Upon receipt of order, TheFarInfraredStore.com will determine delivery time and notify customers directly.

Saunas ordered within the United States will be shipped from California. Saunas ordered in Canada will be shipped from British Columbia. Saunas ordered from Europe will be shipped from our manufacturer’s facility in Germany.
