Sun Spirit Sauna Return Policy

If you are not completely delighted with your Sun Spirit Sauna, return the Sauna within 30 days for refund.

Shipping and handling costs are not included in the refund. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects. Any defective product will be exchanged for a replacement. In the event a component is damaged during shipment, please contact the manufacturer’s customer service and you will be given a return authorization.

Upon receipt of the sauna please check exterior packaging. If any of the exterior packaging is damaged or punctured do not accept the shipment and instruct the shipper to return the Sauna. Notify customer service.

Thermotex Therapy Systems Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the results from your Thermotex Personal Therapy System after 30 days use as recommended by the manufacturer, return the system for a refund.
